Bryant T. Armstead

Bryant Armstead, a proud Navy veteran from Flint, Michigan, served from 1991 to 2006, beginning his career aboard the USS Saratoga before becoming a Cryptologic Technician. His commitment to service extended beyond the military through volunteer work with youth programs, orphanages, Special Olympics, and more—bringing hope and encouragement to others. After 15 years without a computer, Bryant is eager to reconnect with the digital world. He plans to use a computer to learn new languages, play games with his grandchildren, stay informed, conduct research, and help his family launch an online boutique. Most importantly, it would help him stay engaged despite physical limitations. He’s deeply thankful for Callsign Muffin’s support of veterans and the opportunity to stay connected and empowered.

Paul Anquino

"I was born in Madison, WI, married my high school sweetheart and spent 16 years on active duty. We now live in San Antonio, TX with our three children, we volunteer at our local church and believe strongly in serving our community.

This computer will help me continue working toward my bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. My wife is also in school, and sharing a single computer has been a bit challenging. This support means a lot to us. I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and for Callsign Muffin’s continued dedication to helping veterans."

"I served in the United States military and now spend my days supporting fellow veterans, raising my family, and tending to a small farm. I’m passionate about building strong communities, healing, and creating safe spaces where veterans, especially women, can feel seen and supported. As a mom, a farmer, and a veteran, I wear many hats, and each one keeps me grounded and connected to a life of service and purpose. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and honored to be chosen."
